Payment Terms:

After you register, we'll ask for a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the trip. Payments may be made by check or by credit / debit card through Southwest Climbing's secure Paypal terminal.

Cancellation Policy:

Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a need to cancel your trip or course. Except for a $50 non-refundable registration fee, payments will be fully refunded if cancelled with 30 days written notice of the start date of your trip.
